Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support efficient and compliant processing of commercial agreements. You will manage day-to-day contract workflows, coordinate internal approvals, and maintain accurate records within our compliance framework.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Contracts, you will partner with Compliance, Legal, Sales and Marketing to identify issues, escalate risks when needed, and help with templates, research and departmental projects to

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of contract administration, compliance or legal operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple workflows.
• Attention to detail with process discipline.
• Clear written and verbal communication with escalation familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Process templated and routine commercial agreements in line with guidelines.
• Coordinate internal approvals and signatures, including tracking contract status and escalation as needed.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready contract records in designated systems.
• Support commercial teams by identifying issues, escalating risks, and responding to basic contract and process inquiries.
• Assist with research, template maintenance, and departmental projects to support the contracts and compliance function.
