Job summary

Hatch is seeking an experienced Business Management Administrator to join our Pittsburgh, PA office. You will administer construction and service contracts across EPCM and Alliance projects, providing commercial guidance and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting major capital projects within EPCM, engineering consultancy, construction or Alliance environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract administration principles, procurement processes and project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage variations, claims and stakeholder negotiations in a proactive, solutions-focused manner.

Responsibilities

• Administer construction and service contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage variations, change orders and contractual claims and assess impacts.
• Monitor project progress and facilitate contractor and stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee payment certification processes, contract reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Administer claims, extensions of time and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare, review and implement contractual documents, notices and change management documentation.
• Maintain accurate contract registers and project records.
• Manage bonds, guarantees, insurances and other contractual securities.
• Provide commercial advice and support to project teams and mitigate contractual risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
