Position Overview

We are seeking qualified candidates for a Contracts Attorney position within the Contracts Administration Unit of the Office of General Counsel. The role involves negotiating, preparing, and reviewing contracts, professional service agreements, memoranda of understanding, and other legal documents for the agency.

This is a hybrid position, allowing for both in-office and remote work with supervisor approval. The in-office days may vary based on organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate in a related field from an accredited institution, with a license to practice law in Georgia or eligibility to sit for the Georgia Bar exam.
• Within one year of hiring, must pass the Georgia Bar exam and obtain licensure, or have reciprocity.
• Alternatively, at least three years of relevant legal experience can qualify for the lower-level Attorney 3 position (LEP022).
