Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Title: Contract Attorney

Location: 100 % remote work from home

Shift timing: 9 am to 5 pm EST

Rate: $50 to $70/hr on W2

Job Description

• Draft, negotiate and review complex contracts, with an emphasis on technology
• agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technology, risk, operations, and sourcing
• teams to ensure that contractual terms align with business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Analyze contractual risks and partner with colleagues to develop strategies to mitigate
• them.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including
• contract interpretation.

Experience needed for this position.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school and in good standing to practice law in one
• or more US states.
• 5 years of relevant experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Knowledge of FFIEC guidance on third party relationships
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, PaaS, IaaS, contracts.
• Experience with contracts for services utilizing or relating to artificial intelligence.
• Experience with information security and privacy.

Any Additional Job Details

• Ability to effectively advise business executives on risk-based terms.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting existing agreements.
• Experience providing legal support for the sourcing and contract services functions of a
• financial institution, or another company in a regulated industry is preferable but not
• required.
• Ability to strategically prioritize and manage concurrent projects.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
