Our boutique law firm is seeking a Contract Attorney to support our growing caseload in immigration and family law. This is a remote, flexible opportunity for a detail-oriented attorney who is confident handling written legal work and remote appearances.

Scope of Work Includes:

1. Drafting motions, briefs, declarations, and other filings
2. Preparing and appearing for remote hearings
3. Legal research and strategy development
4. Occasional client communication and case review
5. JD and bar admission (California preferred, but not required)
6. 1+ years of experience in immigration and/or family law preferred
7. Strong legal writing skills and ability to work independently
8. Reliable internet and ability to appear via video for remote court/agency hearings

This is a 1099 contract position with flexible hours and workload based on your availability and capacity.
