What We're Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Why This Role Matters

Industrial projects involve a lot of moving pieces- customers, suppliers, materials, schedules, costs, quality requirements, and documentation. You'll play an important role in keeping those pieces connected and helping the project team deliver on its commitments.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop practical knowledge in contract administration, project coordination, procurement, quality, budgeting, and TAB operations while working alongside experienced professionals.

  • Can juggle priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Takes ownership and looks for practical ways to improve how work gets done.
