Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC) at Patrick SFB. This role collaborates with Contracts, Program Management, Finance, HR, and operations to manage the contract lifecycle and executive-level reporting.

The successful candidate will prepare reports, monitor milestones, support subcontract administration, and promote small business participation while safeguarding sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years supporting government contracts, program administration, or procurement.
• Experience with complex government programs or contracts.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of prime contracts, task orders, modifications, and subcontract agreements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support contract execution and performance.
• Review and organize contract documentation to keep records current and complete.
• Prepare, track, and administer contract modifications and task orders.
• Maintain contract files, reporting requirements, and databases.
• Develop reports, metrics, and executive briefings on contract performance.
