Job summary

Teck Resources Limited is seeking a Contracts Administrator for our Anchorage office to support Red Dog Operations. You will manage service contracts, MSAs, and related agreements, coordinating sourcing activities and assisting with commercial negotiations within delegated authority.

You will work with internal teams, suppliers, Finance and Legal to ensure compliant, cost-effective contracts that support safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline with experience in contract administration.
Experience (3–5 years) in contract administration, procurement, or commercial roles.
Ability to interpret commercial terms, insurance requirements, and contract language.

Responsibilities

Administer service agreements, MSAs, purchase agreements, and other contracts across their lifecycle.
Coordinate sourcing activities, bid prep, evaluations, and award recommendations.
Support commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, and warranties.
Maintain contract records and compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver sound contracting solutions.
