Job summary

Dennis Group is a leading provider in the food plant design and build sector, seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the contract lifecycle from review to execution in a fast‑paced environment.

You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors and vendors, maintain templates, and ensure compliance with contracting policies. The role also manages COIs, insurance tracking, and risk documentation to keep projects on schedule and within risk tolerances.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of contract administration, legal operations, or related roles.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support contract lifecycle management from review through execution.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts with owners, subcontractors, consultants and vendors; NDAs and amendments.
• Coordinate approvals and signatures; maintain contract repository and templates.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and reporting as needed.
• Review, track, and manage COIs; work with brokers to verify coverage and expiration dates.
• Maintain insurance tracking logs and support risk management activities.
