Job summary

Dennis Group designs and builds food plants for major brands across the country and world. The firm has focused exclusively on the food and beverage industry for three decades, delivering end-to-end design, engineering and construction services.

The Contracts Administrator will support the full contract lifecycle, including review, negotiations, execution, and insurance documentation, collaborating with owners, subcontractors and vendors in a small, team-oriented legal department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Admin, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of contract administration, legal operations, or related roles.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support contract lifecycle management from review through execution.
• Prepare and administer contracts including NDAs and amendments.
• Coordinate execution with approvals and signatures.
• Maintain organized contract repository files and templates.
• Ensure adherence to internal contracting policies and procedures.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and reporting.
• Manage questions from project teams and vendors.
