Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Risk & Contracts Specialist to manage contractual risk and insurance compliance across client, vendor, and subcontractor transactions on design-build food and beverage projects. You will review contracts, advise teams on risk exposure, and coordinate with brokers within a small, agile legal group.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in risk management or insurance within the A/E/C industry, with strong knowledge of policies, endorsements, and industry contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10–15 years of contract review, risk management, and/or insurance compliance in A/E/C.
• Experience collaborating with project operations, brokers, insurers, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual insurance requirements for compliance and track COIs.
• Assist with insurance renewals, claims reporting, and coordination with brokers.
• Review engineering, procurement and construction contracts for risk and revisions.
• Support project managers with insurance obligations and risk assessments.
