24 Hour Home Care - Corporate Division is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage and review contractual agreements for Community Supports. You will ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and DDS standards while partnering with Compliance, Operations, and external counsel.

In this hybrid role, you will work from the El Segundo office once a month and support regional operations by maintaining accurate records, tracking renewals, and mitigating risk through precise contract administration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with CalAIM, MediCal, VA, and related regulatory programs.
• 5–10 years of contractual compliance experience, or 3–5 years with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in the home-based care sector is preferred.
• Knowledge of binding contractual language and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

• Prepare, review, and maintain contractual agreements and vendorization documents.
• Analyze terms for compliance with policies, regulations, and DDS/Regional Center requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel on contracts and amendments.

• Maintain contract records, renewal tracking, and implement process improvements.
