Job summary

LHH is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support review, administration, and management of customer contracts across the United States and Canada. The role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Proposal teams to ensure obligations and documentation are managed throughout the contract lifecycle.

3+ years in contract administration or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, commercial construction, procurement, or related fields.
  • Ability to interpret contracts and identify risks including indemnification, insurance, payment terms, warranties, liability limits, and flow-down provisions.
  • Experience managing contracts from execution through closeout.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer contracts and identify key commercial, operational, insurance, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage customer agreements throughout the contract lifecycle (amendments, renewals, compliance tracking, closeout).
  • Coordinate contract review and approval workflows with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support prequalification activities, project bonding, certificates of insurance, licensing, and regulatory reporting.
  • Track contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and renewal deadlines.
  • Help mitigate commercial risk while supporting business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Proposal teams to improve contract administration processes.

Are you a detail-oriented contracts professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and helping projects move from proposal to completion?

A leading global organization in the construction and recreational equipment industry is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the review, administration, and management of customer contracts across the United States and Canada. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will serve as a key partner to Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Proposal teams to ensure contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and project documentation are managed effectively throughout the contract lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Review customer contracts and identify key commercial, operational, insurance, and compliance requirements

Manage customer agreements throughout the contract lifecycle, including:

  • Amendments and renewals
  • Compliance tracking
  • Contract closeout

Coordinate contract review and approval workflows with cross-functional stakeholders

Support prequalification activities, project bonding, certificates of insurance, licensing requirements, and regulatory reporting

Track contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and renewal deadlines

Help mitigate commercial risk while supporting business growth initiatives

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Proposal teams to improve contract administration processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Contract/document management systems

Experience supporting bonding, insurance certificates, regulatory reporting, or business licensing is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
