Job summary

Axle Informatics is seeking a Contracts Administrator to draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of government contracts in our North Bethesda/Rockville, MD offices. You will maintain accurate contract records, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive workflow improvements using AI and automation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of federal contract experience, with strong communication and MS Office skills. On-site work five days a week in Rockville, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience managing federal government contracts.
• Familiarity with AI/tech-focused solutions and FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage NDAs, Teaming, Prime/Subcontracts, and Vendor Agreements.
• Maintain contract records in CMS with data integrity per policy.
• Ensure actions comply with internal policies, regulatory and audit standards.
• Leverage technologies to improve cross-functional workflows and automation.
• Lead kickoff meetings with internal program personnel and monitor compliance.
• Support internal audits, reporting, and contract-related initiatives.
