Contracts Administrator
We have an opening for a Contracts Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage company contracts, monitoring transactions from negotiation to close‑out.
- Ensure contracts, modifications, and agreements comply with legal requirements, specifications, and government regulations.
- Advise management on contractual rights and obligations and interpret contract terms.
- Provide timely support to management and the proposal team to review solicitations and identify questions.
- Prepare worksheets and perform calculations to support contract activities.
- Establish and maintain excellent internal and external relationships with program managers, customers, and other departments.
- Resolve issues affecting company compliance and ensure satisfaction of legal requirements, company, and customer objectives.
- Develop and maintain an electronic file management system for all contract‑related documents.
Qualifications
About the Must Haves
- US citizenship with an active TS/SCI security clearance.
- 8+ years of related experience and a MA/MS degree or higher (or equivalent). Fields include STEM, business, contract administration, statistics, international relations, military studies, political science, national security, government economics, pre‑law/law, or related.
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time and collaborate across diverse departmental priorities.
- Expert at developing briefs and reports for leadership review.
- Additional qualifications as required by the organization.
- Willingness to report to the designated work location in El Segundo, CA, full‑time, as needed.
Pay Range
California Pay Transparency Salary range: USD 120,000 – 190,000 per year.
