The new CM will draft and manage the contracts and subcontracts for a wide range of institutional clients, including colleges, universities, K-12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems and more.
The CM will completely manage the contracts process from issuance to receipt of fully executed agreements. This role is responsible for understanding contract provisions, negotiating the contract as needed, and managing company risk throughout the contracts process while effectively communicating with the project team. The CM will also assist in new project setup, enter contract information into our accounting system, and provide additional administrative tasks and documentation.
Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.
