Job summary

Contracts Administrator (In-House | Hybrid | Full-Time Interim)

Our client is a publicly traded energy infrastructure and logistics company innovating new products and services every day. The company is seeking long term, temporary legal support to assist the legal team with sourcing, negotiating, and executing key commercial agreements for several large, high-value projects. This role will focus on procurement and supply chain (including autonomous vehicles), vendor and customer agreements involving complex and significant dollar values. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has prior experience working within a legal department (e.g., as a paralegal or legal operations professional). The ideal candidate is comfortable managing contracts through the full lifecycle—from first-line review and MSA drafting through negotiation, execution, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

This is a highly visible, dynamic and creative position within a collaborative and collegial in-house legal team. Full time hours, at least 3 days in office for at least 3 months with possible permanent position. The team has a sophisticated AI platform and playbook to enhance the duties at hand. Experience and comfortability with AI, especially Storybook and Claude is preferred but not required.

Position Details Of The Contracts Administrator

Compensation

Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).

Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude Attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
