Latitude is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Co-Managing Partner – Litigation for a permanent role in Atlanta. You’ll manage a complex calendar across litigation, firm leadership, and personal commitments, coordinate travel, handle expense reports, and prepare meetings with materials and A/V support.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years as an executive/legal assistant, strong discretion, and proficiency with Outlook/Office 365; law firm billing experience is a plus.

Looking for a permanent role where you’re the trusted right hand to someone at the top of her field? This Executive Assistant position supports a highly successful litigation partner who also serves as Co-Managing Partner of a respected law firm. No two days look the same: you’ll keep her calendar running across active litigation, firm leadership, civic involvement, and her personal and social commitments. It’s a role for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys being relied on and is trusted to make good calls on their own.
In this permanent, direct-hire role, you’ll own the Partner’s calendar and serve as the main point of contact for her time, deciding what gets priority and solving scheduling conflicts before they become problems. Her schedule includes depositions, hearings, settlement conferences, case team meetings, client and business development meetings, firm management meetings, speaking engagements, civic commitments, and personal events. You’ll also arrange domestic and international travel (including last‑minute changes), handle expense reports, prepare her for meetings and presentations (agendas, materials, rooms, catering, and A/V), and help the team track client budgets and spending, flagging early when a matter is getting close to its budget limit.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive or legal assistant supporting a senior partner, managing partner, or C-level executive (law firm experience highly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a complex, fast-changing calendar that balances client, business, and personal commitments
- Familiarity with litigation activities (depositions, hearings, settlement conferences) and with law firm billing and client budgets
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel and preparing expense reports
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365; experience with law firm billing or timekeeping systems is a plus
- Excellent judgment and discretion with confidential and sensitive information
- Highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to work independently with minimal oversight

- Pay: Commensurate with the senior nature of this role and the candidate's experience.
