Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a mid-level Technical Analyst to support its Digital team. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical requirements, API assessment, data mapping, and collaboration with analysts, architects, developers, and testers.

Hybrid work arrangement and a fast-paced environment are expected. The candidate will engage in Scrum ceremonies, validate applications and services, and produce documentation for interfaces and system requirements while working

Qualifications

Ability to write SQL queries.
Experience working with APIs.
Experience with multi-tier applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product ownership to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Translate existing functionality and inform enhancements.
Investigate APIs to determine data availability.
Map data between interfacing systems.
Assist lead analysts in prioritizing features and epics.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies.
Perform application and services tests/validations.
Create system requirement documentation including interface specs.
Provide demos to team and stakeholders.
Work with Business, QA, and developers to address production issues.
Handle fast-paced timelines and multiple priorities.
