Job summary

NexRep, LLC is seeking a Resource Specialist to serve as the primary contact for independent marketplace contractors who provide customer and sales services for NexRep clients. You will deliver real time support and monitor performance metrics to ensure client goals are met.

Responsibilities include guiding contractors to adhere to the Independent Contractor Agreement and NexRep workflows, and coordinating with clients to communicate changes and drive improvements across campaigns.
