NexRep, LLC seeks a Marketplace Coordinator to inform, qualify, and select Independent Contractors for client projects. You will place outbound calls, share information, and guide candidates through the process, using established scripts and workflows to address questions.

You will participate in team meetings and special projects, supporting Agent Acquisition and other departments as needed. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred but not required.
• Experience in contact centers or NexRep familiarity a plus.

• Place pre-scheduled outbound calls to candidates and manage call length.
• Provide candidates with information and answer questions.
• Qualify/disqualify candidates using call flows and guidelines.
• Invite candidates to contract and inform them of next steps.
• Support inbound inquiries via calls, chats, and emails using scripts.
