Job summary

NexRep, based in Portland, ME, seeks a Resource Specialist to be the primary contact for independent marketplace contractors delivering customer and sales services for NexRep clients. You will provide real time assistance while contractors service accounts and analyze metrics to ensure client performance goals are met.

Responsibilities include coaching contractors, reviewing performance data, maintaining up-to-date client resources, and communicating changes from clients to contractors.

• Keep all client resources up to date and accurate.
• Communicate client changes to contractors and ensure adherence to workflows.
• Host group sessions with contractors to share best practices.
• Send and respond to messages from contractors and manage inquiries.
• Review customer satisfaction data to identify trends for clients.
