Job summary

NexRep, LLC is seeking a Resource Specialist to serve as the primary contact for independent marketplace contractors delivering customer and sales services for NexRep clients.

You will provide real time help as contractors service accounts, analyze metrics to ensure client performance goals are met, and ensure contractors adhere to the Independent Contractor Agreement and NexRep client workflows and processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to agents.
• Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide real time chat support to contractors while they service.
• Host one on one sessions with contractors to improve performance.
• Review performance data and provide recommendations to meet client goals.
• Keep client resources up to date.
• Communicate changes from the client to contractors.
• Host group sessions with contractors.
• Send and reply to messages from contractors.
• Review customer satisfaction data to identify trends.
• Provide detailed scoring information to independent contractors.
