Responsibilities

• Drive contractor retention programs to meet turnover targets.
• Assist operators with issues and provide timely resolutions (within 24 hours).
• Support newly leased drivers with proactive one-touch resolution.
• Maintain new hire reports for first 90 days and relay insights to Ops.
• Understand contractor lease agreements, admin, compliance, and settlements.
• Administer TSA training and certification; ensure compliance in systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
