Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to pass TSA security background check.
• Basic understanding of state/federal DOT regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Drive contractor retention programs to meet turnover targets.
• Assist drivers with TSA/compliance issues and respond within 24 hours.
• Support newly leased drivers with one-touch resolution.
• Prepare reports for new hires and contractors below revenue minimums.
• Maintain knowledge of lease agreements, settlements and compliance.
