Job summary

Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus, LLC is looking for a Recreational Therapist to provide individualized therapy services in home and community settings. Responsibilities include one-on-one therapy, assessments, and documentation of services provided. This is an independent contractor position, requiring flexibility for daytime, after school hours, and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation and the CTRS credential. Opportunities for meaningful community engagement and skill development are offered, making a real impact in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' location.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one recreational therapy.

• Document therapy notes in accordance with Medicaid requirements.
