Job summary

Integrated Health 21 is seeking skilled phlebotomists for on-site biometric screening events across the continental United States. This 1099 independent contractor role conducts health risk screenings, venipuncture, fingerstick collection, and data entry, with early mornings and daytime weekday hours.

Requires at least 2 years of clinical experience, CPR/BLS, and phlebotomy or medical certification; background in nursing or medical assisting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Biometric screening experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy and/or medical certification preferred or as required by state regulations.
• Experience obtaining anthropometric measurements (BP, height, weight, BMI).

Responsibilities

• Welcome participants and guide them through the screening process.
• Obtain height and weight measurements.
• Measure resting blood pressure with a manual cuff.
• Perform fingerstick blood collection and operate screening equipment.
• Assess lipid panel and glucose results.
• Perform venipuncture blood draws when required.
• Document screening data and perform basic data entry.
