Job summary

Integrated Health 21 is seeking skilled phlebotomists for on-site biometric screening events. This 1099 contractor position supports health screening programs at client sites across the continental United States.

Events occur in mornings and weekdays with flexible scheduling. Prior corporate wellness or biometric screening experience is preferred, and a valid CPR/BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Phlebotomy or medical assistant program preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome participants and guide them through the screening process.
• Obtain height, weight, and BMI measurements.
• Measure resting blood pressure with a manual cuff.
• Perform fingerstick blood collection and operate Cholestech LDX/CardioChek equipment.
• Assess lipid panel and glucose results.
• Perform venipuncture if required, up to two attempts.
• Document screening data accurately on paper or electronic forms.
• Assist with data entry and record-keeping.
• Troubleshoot equipment and screening issues as needed.
• Assist with setup, transport and breakdown of screening equipment.
• Respond to medical emergencies per protocol, including CPR.
