Job summary

Integrated Health 21 is seeking skilled phlebotomists with corporate wellness or biometric screening experience for on-site employee health screening events. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, with work generally in early mornings on weekdays for a flexible schedule.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of clinical experience, CPR/BLS certification, and phlebotomy or related certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Current phlebotomy/medical certification preferred or as state regulations may require.
• Experience obtaining height/weight and BP measurements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome participants and guide them through the screening process.
• Obtain height and weight measurements.
• Measure resting blood pressure with a manual cuff.
• Perform fingerstick blood collection and operate related equipment.
• Assess lipid panel and glucose results.
• Perform venipuncture blood draws as needed.
