The Opportunity

Location: Canada and the United States

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contractor Outreach Specialist to join our Onboarding Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering engagement between current VelocityEHS customers and their contractors.

The Contractor Outreach Specialist is responsible for conducting outbound outreach calls to prospective contractors, guiding them through registration, and supporting them through the onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with the Onboarding Manager to ensure contractors are fully onboarded and compliant with their client's requirements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to prospective contractors.
  2. Communicate the value proposition of our platform clearly and persuasively.
  3. Own the contractor contact process, including investigating missing or incorrect contact information using creative sourcing methods.
  4. Assist contractors through the sign-up and payment process.
  5. Overcome objections and resolve contractor concerns in real time.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly registration targets.
  7. Maintain detailed records of outreach activities in CRM systems.
  8. Collaborate with teammates to meet collective goals.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

  1. 0-2 years of experience in call center, inside sales, recruitment, or onboarding roles.
  2. Strong resourcefulness, communication, and relationship management skills.
  3. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to find solutions quickly.
  4. High energy, self-motivated, goal-oriented.
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  6. Customer-centric, self-sufficient, and dependable.
  7. Tech-savvy — familiar with Salesforce, MS Teams, and O365.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  1. Experience in a SaaS environment.
  2. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Gainsight, Outreach.
  3. Knowledge of EHS and ESG regulations is a plus.

The salary range for this role is between $72,868 and $90,118 USD, or $78,492 and $96,744 CAD, with uncapped variable earnings. Final salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
