Job description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Cold Outreach Specialist with proven experience in a marketing agency setting to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in using VoIP tools for making cold calls, generating qualified leads, and driving business opportunities through outbound communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls using VoIP systems to engage potential clients and introduce our marketing services.
  • Utilize VoIP tools effectively and efficiently to manage call flow and outreach campaigns.
  • Research and identify prospective leads across relevant industries.
  • Follow and adapt strategic outreach scripts tailored to different client profiles.
  • Overcome objections, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to calls, conversions, and lead generation.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years in a similar outreach or lead generation role.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven agency settings.
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Must have hands-on experience with VoIP tools such as RingCentral, Dialpad, Zoom Phone, Aircall, or similar.
  • Previous experience in cold calling or sales outreach roles, preferably in a marketing agency environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle rejection professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.) is a plus.
