Job summary

Cottingham & Butler is seeking a Contractor Service Coordinator to support independent drivers by answering questions, processing requests, and ensuring coverage information is accurate. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and team members to deliver a smooth, positive experience.

Qualifications

Experience in the transportation industry or insurance is a plus but not required.
Strong customer service or client support experience is beneficial.
Ability to learn new processes, products, and industry knowledge quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process applications, policy updates, payments, and billing activities for customers enrolled in insurance programs.
Review coverage information for accuracy and coordinate updates when needed.
Communicate with customers, business partners, insurance carriers, and internal team members to provide support and resolve issues.
Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and assisting customers with policy and renewal questions.
