Cottingham & Butler is seeking a Contractor Service Coordinator to support independent drivers by answering questions, processing requests, and ensuring coverage information is accurate. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and team members to deliver a smooth, positive experience.

• Experience in the transportation industry or insurance is a plus but not required.

As a Contractor Service Coordinator, you'll be a trusted resource for customers by answering questions, processing requests, and ensuring their coverage information is accurate. You'll work with customers, business partners, and team members to provide a smooth and positive experience. What You’ll Do:

Process applications, policy updates, payments, and billing activities for customers enrolled in insurance programs.

Review coverage information for accuracy and coordinate updates when needed.

Communicate with customers, business partners, insurance carriers, and internal team members to provide support and resolve issues.

Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and assisting customers with policy and renewal questions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the transportation industry as well as commercial/personal lines insurance is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service or client support experience is beneficial.

Ability to learn new processes, products, and industry knowledge quickly.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
