Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred, four years of experience may substitute.
• 3 years of experience in construction, industrial safety, compliance, or administrative coordination.
• Familiarity with ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, VERO or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor compliance activities in third-party platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, VERO) and similar systems.
• Review and track contractor safety programs, OSHA logs, insurance certificates, training records, and licenses.
• Verify licensing status and alignment with project scope requirements.
• Monitor scorecards and alerts to identify gaps or risks and communicate actions.
• Prepare compliance summaries and status reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Safety, Procurement, Project Management and Operations teams.
