Job summary

Dashiell Corporation, part of Quanta Services, seeks a Contractor Compliance Coordinator to manage third‑party platforms, contractor safety documentation, and audits across Petrochemical and heavy industrial projects. You will verify licenses, track EMR, insurance, and training records, and coordinate with Safety, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure client and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in construction, industrial safety, compliance, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, VERO, or similar compliance systems preferred.
• Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and contractor qualification requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor compliance activities within third-party platforms including ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, VERO, and similar systems.
• Review and track required contractor documentation such as safety programs, OSHA logs, EMR ratings, insurance certificates, training records, and state licenses.
• Verify contractor licensing status and ensure documentation aligns with scope of work requirements.
• Monitor contractor scorecards and compliance alerts to identify gaps or risks.
• Communicate documentation requirements and corrective actions to contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized compliance records and internal tracking tools.
• Track expiration dates for insurance, training certifications, and licenses to ensure timely renewals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for third-party audits and assist with corrective action responses.
• Partner with Safety, Procurement, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure contractor qualification requirements are met.
• Prepare compliance summaries and contractor status reports for leadership review.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to contractor compliance and documentation processes.
• Perform special projects and complete other duties as assigned or requested.
