Integrity in New Jersey seeks a Contracting Specialist to process agent contracting paperwork and serve as a resource throughout the contracting cycle. You will verify contracts, collect supporting documents, and communicate with agents on escalated issues, ensuring releases when needed.

You will also maintain CRM records, update agent changes, and build trusted relationships with team members while supporting a fast-paced workflow and accurate, timely responses to business clients and insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Insurance industry experience preferred but not required.
• Highly organized with superior attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone, oral and written communication skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Process agent contracting requests and verify contracts and supporting documents.
• Communicate with agents on escalated or incomplete contracting issues.
• Obtain agent releases as needed and provide status updates.
• Update CRM with agent changes and maintain accurate records.
• Build professional relationships with team members and clients.
