Integrity is seeking a Contracting Resolution Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. You will review and process agent and agency contracts for certification and manage onboarding for new agencies.

This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to work independently within a team. Insurance industry experience is a plus, and candidates should have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient typing with speed and accuracy.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and internet apps.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Slack.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and process agent and agency contracts for certification.
• Process hierarchy changes and licensing related tasks.
• Assist with onboarding and relationships for new agencies.
• Respond to contracting inquiries and maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Back-up for Contract Assistants as needed.
• Assist with contract audits and reconciliations.
