Job summary

You will handle hierarchy transfers, state appointments, licensing changes, and related contracting requests, while supporting CRM data integrity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls to Contracting Department.
• Process contracts including hierarchy transfers and licensing changes.
• Send contract links and host agency meetings with new agencies.
• Audit CRM data for accuracy and support onboarding of new agencies.
• Train new hires and assist in senior specialist tasks as needed.
