Integrity is seeking a Contracting Specialist to process agent contracting paperwork and serve as a resource for agents throughout the contracting process.

In this role, you will verify contracts, communicate on escalated issues, obtain agent releases, and provide status updates. You will maintain CRM records and foster teamwork to support company goals and delivery of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent telephone, oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with superior attention to detail.
• Proven to be a dependable, independent worker and self-motivator.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Ensure excellent service is rendered to business clients, agents, and insurance representatives.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while aligning goals and timelines.
• Team player who supports company goals.

Job Summary

The Contracting Specialist position is responsible for processing contracting paperwork for agents. This role will serve as a resource for agents throughout the contracting process.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred, but not required.
• Highly organized with superior attention to details.
• Excellent telephone, oral and written communication skills.
• Proven to be a highly dependable, independent worker and self-motivator.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess proficient computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Window-based applications.
• Ensure excellent service is rendered to business clients, agents, and insurance representatives.
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and set priorities to meet often demanding deadlines; while keeping goals, objectives, priorities, and timelines in perspective.
• Ability to always work as a team player while following team concepts in supporting company goals and colleagues.
• Ability to work and resolve issues independently.
