Qualifications

• Monday – Friday within 7:30 am to 6:00 pm EST (flexible within these hours)
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong technology and computer skills; ability to learn software systems.
• Call center experience valued.
• Proven success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think analytically, make recommendations, and propose solutions.
