Jukebox Health is seeking an in-home Occupational Therapist to assess and recommend home modifications for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Contracted In-Home Occupational Therapist

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults and individuals with disabilities thrive safely and independently at home. Role Highlights

• Employment Type: Contracted, minimum of 10 hours of weekly availability

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program


• Active, unencumbered OT license


• 2+ years of clinical experience


• Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred


• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license


• Proficiency with technology and digital documentation


• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

More About Compensation

• Contractors are paid on a monthly basis, within 2 weeks of the previous month’s end.


• We pay per completed evaluation - this includes:


• Travel to/from client’s home


• The evaluation itself


• Documentation


• If needed, we will pay additionally for extended travel - we will always discuss and approve ahead of time
