Job summary

ARMADA LTD is seeking a Contract Manager / Vault Coordinator to oversee SAP vault operations for Red Flag exercises at Nellis AFB, NV. You will lead contract personnel, liaise with government representatives, and ensure security and performance compliance.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance eligibility, SAP/SAR access, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in military air operations and classified environments.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with government and contractor staff.
• Understanding of DoD, Air Force security directives, and handling of classified information.
• Ability to obtain SCI eligibility and SAP/SAR access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the authorized representative for contract performance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of contract personnel.
• Liaise between ARMADA and government representatives on contract performance.
• Ensure qualified personnel are available to meet contract requirements.
• Designate an alternate Contract Manager for periods of absence.
• Make decisions on daily contract operations within authority.
• Ensure support for Red Flag exercises and SAP vault operations.
• Monitor performance to meet PWS requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resources for shifts and events.
• Ensure compliance with OPSEC, information security, and classified handling.
• Attend meetings with government representatives and stakeholders.
