Job summary

ARMADA, Ltd. seeks a Contract Manager / Vault Coordinator to oversee SAP vault operations for Red Flag/WSINT activities at Nellis AFB, NV. You will lead contract personnel, coordinate with government representatives, and ensure compliance with DoD, AF, and contract requirements.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility, plus strong leadership and reporting capabilities to ensure successful exercise support and mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of management in a military air operations environment.
• Experience supervising teams of twelve (12) or more personnel.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and SAP/SAR access.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD/AF security credentials.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the authorized representative for overall contract performance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for contract personnel.
• Liaise between ARMADA and government representatives regarding performance.
• Ensure sufficient qualified personnel are available to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for extended operations and exercises.
• Maintain security compliance with OPSEC, information security, and classified handling.
• Oversee timely completion and submission of reports and deliverables.
• Attend meetings with government representatives, including performance evaluation and exercise support.
