Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC seeks a Contract Manager / Vault Coordinator to provide contract management and operational oversight for the 414 CTS Red Flag Vault Operations at Nellis AFB, NV. The role leads contract personnel, liaises with government counterparts, and ensures SAP vault operations meet DoD, Air Force, and contract requirements.

Minimum 5+ years in military air operations leadership with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility is required.

Qualifications

Leadership and management experience in military air operations and classified environments, including SAP vault operations.
Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and supervisory skills to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication with Government personnel, military leadership, and contractor staff.
Ability to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility and SAP/SAR access, and comply with DoD/AF security directives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the authorized representative responsible for overall contract performance.
Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for all contract personnel.
Liaise between ARMADA and Government representatives regarding contract performance.
Ensure sufficient qualified personnel are available to meet all contract requirements; designate an alternate Contract Manager.
Attend required meetings with Government representatives and coordinate travel as directed.
