ARMADA, Ltd. is seeking an Information Protection Specialist (Assistant Collateral Security Manager) to support the 414 CTS Red Flag Vault Operations at Nellis AFB, NV. The role protects personnel, information, facilities, and materials from threats and supports multiple security disciplines under DoD policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting information, personnel, industrial, or physical security programs.
• Experience conducting security reviews, collecting and analyzing information, and resolving security issues.
• Experience investigating security incidents and recommending corrective actions.
• Experience advising management on security policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Must be eligible to meet installation access requirements and maintain credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assist the 414 CTS Security Manager in administering collateral security programs.
• Protect personnel, facilities, information, and materials from espionage, terrorism, unauthorized disclosure, and compromise.
• Support information, personnel, industrial, physical, computer, operations, and communications security programs.
• Serve as security point of contact for military personnel, contractors, and the public.
• Process Red Flag visitor requests and supporting security documentation.
• Notify units that fail to meet security processing timelines.
• Maintain automated databases used to collect and manage security access information.
• Enter participant security access data into databases supporting Red Flag operations.
• Provide security guidance in accordance with DoD security policies and procedures.
• Review information protection programs and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Assist with implementing security procedures governing classified information, facilities, and personnel.
• Advise managers and contractors on security policies and procedures.
