Job summary

ArborMetrics Solutions, LLC is seeking a Contract Forester/Utility Forester for outdoor vegetation management across energy corridors. You will assess vegetation, perform risk assessments, and prescribe clearance actions in line with client directives and ISA pruning principles.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work independently or with a team, and a valid driver's license. Prior ISA arborist certification is a plus; bilingualism (Spanish) is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Field experience in utility vegetation management or related outdoor work.
• Degree in forestry or natural resources or equivalent experience.
• Ability to identify trees and assess vegetation risk.
• Proficiency with GIS, MS Office and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Safely patrol energy corridors and identify vegetation actions.
• Classify work, inspect vegetation, and prescribe clearance per standards.
• Conduct Tree Risk Assessments and document findings.
• Engage landowners and stakeholders to obtain permissions.
• Coordinate with team and contractors and follow safety protocols.
