Job summary

Veolia North America seeks a Contract Transformation Director to standardize contract compliance across Municipal Water. You will lead transformation programs, define governance and PMO processes, and guide teams through mobilization, remobilization, and demobilization efforts.

You will drive best practices, manage budgets, and partner with executives to meet Veolia's strategic objectives. Remote environment with significant travel expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations/engineering experience
• Experience with contract compliance and transformation initiatives
• Background in consulting, project management, or internal improvement roles
• Ability to partner with operations and senior client teams
• Knowledge of municipal water and wastewater treatment is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee methodology to track contract transformation initiatives
• Lead contract transformation and PMO activities across mobilization and demobilization
• Develop staffing plans and organizational charts for mobilization and operations
• Collaborate with leadership to implement digital tools for tracking deliverables
• Interface with executive stakeholders to drive results and ensure compliance
• Manage multiple projects to schedule and budget while communicating progress
