Reducto, Inc. is seeking a contract-to-hire Technical Recruiter to scale our engineering hiring in San Francisco.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for open engineering roles, partner with hiring managers, and build high-quality pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Ashby, and outbound outreach. This 3-month contract, at 40 hours per week with conversion to full-time for the right person, offers deep exposure to a fast-growing AI company and the opportunity to impact hiring velocity and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or agency supporting tech clients.
• Ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Ashby, and outbound outreach.
• Experience calibrating role requirements with hiring managers to align on technical profiles.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a set of open engineering roles, from sourcing through offer close.
• Build and manage high-quality pipelines of passive technical candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Ashby, and outbound outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate on role requirements and technical profiles quickly.
