Aerotek is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects in environmental remediation, site development, and utilities in Concord, MA. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $35–$45/hour for qualified candidates, with a MA Hoisting License preferred and OSHA 40 required. Willing to cover online OSHA 40 if needed.

The position involves operating large excavators, loaders, and dozers on active construction sites, with drug screen and history check as part of the process.

Qualifications

• RI HOISTING LICENSE (REQUIRED).
• 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Experience with excavation and site development work preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and on active job site.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, dozers, and loaders.
• Perform excavation, grading, and site prep work.
• Support remediation and utility installation projects.
• Follow all safety standards and perform basic equipment checks.
