Skilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a permanent role in Danvers, MA. If you are a skilled operator who takes pride in safe, quality work—we want to talk to you.

This role involves operating a variety of heavy equipment on demolition, excavation, dredging, and utility installation projects, with responsibility for reading blueprints and daily inspections. A valid license and OSHA 10 are preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction experience (preferred).
• Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate Heavy Equipment (Excavator, Dozer, Loaders, Backhoes, etc.).
• Perform work on demolition, excavation, dredging, utility installation, and hardscaping projects.
• Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
